What I have fell in love with and plan on doing a lot this week, is the free Jillian Michaels workouts On Demand on Exercise TV. They kick my butt! I'm drenched in sweat after, and I love it.

The last couple of weeks I have not been doing very well, and have actually gained some weight :( But I am never going to give up until I am happy with my body.

In other news, I have started South Beach phase 2. I can't do South Beach phase 1 because I'm nursing, and it's too restrictive.
